A loss is a loss so I will take it. Only a pound and a half lost this week but hey it's something. I get a little discouraged when I don't have significant losses. I know if I had been a little better or exercised a little more I would have another big loss to crow about. Then I put myself down for not doing better.
On the flip side I know that it's a good thing. A pound lost is a pound less than I weighed last week.
On another good note Eric finally remembered to weigh himself this week and is down 6 pounds!
So we are making progress. Even if it's slow.
